Bali Usada Meditation, Tuesday night meditation at the Bali Yogashala
In addition to the daily yoga classes held at the Bali Yogashala, Tuesday night following the intermediate yoga class there is a group meditation class. When he is on the island, the class is led by Mr Merta Ada, arguably Bali’s most revered meditation teacher and spiritual leader, otherwise it is led by one of his senior assistants. Over the short time that Tuesday night meditation has been held at the Bali Yogashala, it has become immensely popular and is always very well attended. Meditation begins at 19.30 but we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes early to get yourself settled before we begin. Payment is by donation. |
